Welcome to the Open Insurance Enrollment for Alpha Omega Advisement’s Health Coverage, Hospital Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Accident, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Critical Illness, and Voluntary Life. The following Employee Insurance Benefits Enrollment Booklet will provide additional information on all the benefits. We encourage you to read the enclosed material carefully since benefits options and costs have changed since the last open enrollment.

Who’s Eligible?

All full-time employees who work at least 32 hours a week and benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days from date of hire.

What’s New?

We will be using a new group to service our medial and voluntary benefits. we will stay on the same network, and use the same four plans. there will be a 6% increase in premiums from what you paid last year.

When Do I Have To Make A Decision?

All enrollment forms and cafeteria plan election forms MUST be completed and returned no later than May 21, 2024 or the current year. Coverage will become effective on June 1, of current year.

How Do I Enroll?

We will enroll onsite to give you extra time. please read the enclosed benefits summary information carefully. Once you have decided which coverage is right for you, we will complete the group election form. This needs to be done by May 21, 2024.

If you do not wish to enroll at this time, you must sign a waiver on all insurance options and complete the Waiver of Group Benefits From.
